The service
OnTime AI analyzes your request, quotes a fixed price and timeline, and delivers on acceptance. Every engagement is governed by the written proposal you approve.
Acceptable use
Use OnTime AI for lawful business purposes. We decline work that violates law, sanctions, or safety norms — at intake or whenever discovered.
Intellectual property
You own the deliverables once the invoice is paid. We retain our pre-existing platform, methods, and internal tooling.
Liability
Our liability is capped at the fees of the engagement in question. We carry no liability for use of deliverables outside the agreed scope.
Governing law
Each proposal names its governing law and venue — matched to your jurisdiction for governmental and regulated clients.
